Norton Program control

Norton keeps on coming up with this warning.

"A remote system is attempting to access Isaas.exe on your computer"

Is it safe to permit At the moment I am blocking it.

Unless you are expecting something (do you have a VPN), I would assume that
the connection attempt is hostile. You can probably turn off warning
messages in the firewall.
