Need Help

I got my computer about a year ago and it had started to slow down. I thought I could fix this by reinstalling windows, well after I did, I got on, and it seemed like everything from before was gone. Then when I went to install some things it told me that
they were already installed, so I looked and all of my personal settings for these programs were the ones from before. I need to know how to get rid of the first version on windows. Please help me I don't know too much about computers. Thanks, Megan.

With your admitted lack of computer...whatever possessed you to do that on
your own...that was really &*%$....

Anyway...take that PC to a reputable shop in your area,...have them
straighten it out...

You want to reformat and then reinstall. If you are using a disk that came
with your computer , it should do this in order. Jym
