Media Player - Help!1

Hi all,

I'm having a major annoyance with windows media player.
Whenever I try to play a video larger than even 10MB, I
can only play one speed. When I try to scroll through
video, it doesn't skip ahead. (I downloaded an entire
Royal Rumble, only want to watch parts of it:-)
