How can I take documents from MS Works 4.5 from another
computer and use them with the Word package in Windows XP?

Word Perfect is included with your computer as a bundled package which was
included in the purchase price of the computer. It is not a Microsoft
product and was NOT included with Windows. You will have problems attempting
to put Works 4.5 files in Word Perfect. I don't think they include a file
converter for that version of Microsoft Works 4.5.
