hi
can someone help me my hardrive is not reading my cds is
becuase my cd rom not working . have tried by entering
windows exploring but having no luck

Your CD drive is broken? Are you sure? It may just need a cleaning.

There may be other problems with the drive. Did it used to work? What
happened between it working and not working? If hardware updates were
performed, make sure that none of the cables to the drive were knocked
loose. If software changes were made, try System Restore to go back to a
point in time when the drive was working.

If you ascertain that the drive is indeed broken, you will not be able to
read CDs until you replace it or have it replaced by a repair shop.

Nobodies hard drive reads CDs. I think you mean your computer doesn't
read them.

Do you mean any CD? Or does it read some, Or read sometimes. If so, Try
using a CD-rom cleaning kit.
