Outlook Email

I am not able to send out any emails through my Outlook.
It says something about my pop3.

/WHAT/ does it say about your pop3? That information would be helpful.

Hi:
Check with your e-mail provider. They should provide you with instructions
on how to set up your Outlook Express for e-mail.
