outlook express

I just updated from Windows ME to XP. How can I get the
address book from the old Outlook Express to the new
one? I was able to rescue all the old messages, but
can't get the book, and the system won't read the disc to
which I saved it.

your not telling us everything
did you just copy the files to a floppy..a CDR..a CDRW or a what???
or did you use the backup program included in ME and back them up to a =
what???
The ME backup program is incompatable with the XP backup program.
get a copy of stomps Backup MyPC and install the trial version it can =
read that qic format
and restore any data you have
