Hello,

I am in the process of trying to install XP and have my
upgrade report of what I need to do before I install XP
One of the task is to uninstall or remove various programs
before I start. I have tried doing so and a window pops up
saying "Internal Error, Unable to load DLL. Please contact
your vendor for more info". Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Dick Berry

Dick;
Install the program again, reboot and then attempt to uninstall.
Otherwise contact the manufacturer of the program.

You would be better served by doing a "clean install" anyway.
