Help... XP Pro, restarted & now, No Visual

Hi all~
I currently have win wp pro.(PC spec on bottom)
While formatting, I received an auto-update
(from MSI Live Update)
Since, audio drive update installed,(after restart)
AGP 8xs 'lot' does not initiallize the video card
(GeForce FX5200 Ultra)

I HAVE NO VISUAL !!!! All I've got is a black screen.
PC boots, but my monitors stay black...

Please Help!!!!!!!

There were many attempts to boot the xp pro,
(bios, bios flash, forced flash, etc, etc,,,,)
I tried most everything I thought of.

P.S : Spec to my PC
2.4GH / HT /40GB & 80GB IDE ATA/100 Hard Drive
MSI 865PE Neo2 serise / 512MG dual DDR
400MHZ / MSI NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 ....
