how do I adjust my buffer or what ever, so my streaming
of movies is not stop and go, it seems like when the
audio goes the video goes

See the Options on whichever program you're using to watch these online
movies, be in WMP, QuickTime or RealPlayer - each will have separate options
and you'll have to change each one in turn... but the real answer is to get
a faster connection.
