Spell Checker word list

I added (eventhough) as a valid word to my spell checker's acceptable word
inventory and I found out this is not a correct work but should have
remained (even though). The spell checker being used is Microsoft Word.
How do I delete the incorrect word (eventhough) from the spell checker's
acceptable word list?

With Outlook Express open - Tools>Options>Spelling>Edit custom =
dictionary.
