Hi Doug,
Profiles are specific to your voice and environment. The Profile Wizard
leads you through several steps to create a Recognition profile. Recognition
profiles allow multiple users to share the same computer without interfering
with each other's setups.
To add a profile:
Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Speech.
On the Speech Recognition tab, click New in the Recognition Profiles box,
and then follow the steps in the Profile Wizard.

Sounds like Doug is familiar with speech profiles. What he wants to do
is export the profile to another machine. Unfortunately, that's not
possible with the mechanisms of XP and Office speech.
