The same way you got them on the drive in the first place. Use the
installation CD.

Yes, I have all my CD...but is there no utility/program that can review the system to reload them?

No. You installed a new operating system and in the process formatted your
hard drive . . . or did you? If you did not format your hard drive and then
run the installation, your programs may still be installed. If not, you are
starting with an operating system and that's it. You will have to install
your applications from their respective disks.
