By deleting the corresponding strings under this key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs

If you are talking about internet explorer toolbar, open IE and select menu
Tools | Internet Options. On the General tab click Clear History and OK.
