I've just installed xp on my system, it was all working great until earlier this afternoon when xp fails to recognize my dvd player. It won't even show up in my win explorer. I watched a dvd movie.....it played fine. I then set up my windows update to
run. I have also installed other software since the windows update, and am not sure when the dvd drive dissappeared. My computer bios recognizes the dvd drive, but it won't show up in windows. Any solutions? Thanks
