accessing webmail

have tried since upgrading pc to access our tiscali
webmail site. log in page loads fine, we enter log in
details, the next page loads but only the tiscali banner
appears and it says done. have fooled around with
security settings to see if setting them to ,lowest and
accepting all cookies is the issue but it changed
nothing. anny suggestions? can access it from other pcs
and have e-mailed tiscali support but suspect they have e-
mailed reply to tiscali webmail despite providing them
with alternative e-mail
