Display Problem: Signal Frequency Out Of Range

Can anyone please help me with this problem:

after boot up, the following message appears:

ATTENTION SIGNAL FREQUENCY OUT OF RANGE
FH>98.8 KhZ
FV>120.4HZ

PLEASE CHANGE SIGNAL TIMING
----------------------------------
I have tried chanding Display settings in Safe Mode, but
there doesn't appear to be an obvious place to
change "Signal Timing".
Any helpful suggestions would be welcome. THANKS

The monitor was supplied with a user manual? If not, go to the vendor
site and download one.
