Is there any place I can get some help in building a simple web site.
Something like page builder would be nice.

Contact your ISP or who ever you have to host your web site. Most hosts
provide some type of tools in order to built a web page. You might look at
Geocities by Yahoo!

not all ISP's, however.
try http://angelfire.com/ for a free host thats
sickeningly easy to use. also try, http://geocites.com/.

Newer versions of Microsoft Word can export HTML
documents. But bewarned: if you know anything about code,
the HTML code is TERRIBLE! impossible to look through.

the free website host world is enormous, (along with
building your website etc.) so please email me with any
other questions you have.
