If I have windows XP home version on my computer,can I
install office professional upgrade 2003?

Sandy;
Do not confuse Windows XP Home (operating system) with Office XP
(Office suite)
One does not replace or upgrade the other since they have two
completely different functions.

Office XP Upgrade can only be used if you already have a qualifying
version of Office.

You can use the Office Upgrade if you currently have a earlier version of
Office installed, or have the CD for it.
