Nither IE 6 or Outlook Express will stay the default Browser and e-mail programs. I have tried Uninstalling then re-installing these to no avail. Niether one uninstalls. I restart and they are still there. I had System restore off at the time. I have no Id
ea what is going on. I have scanned for spyware, Registry errors, and viruses. All these programs are up to date. Somone please help me. PS, I do not have other browsers or e-mail programs installed. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
