on so many web pages specially my online email it pops up a window all the
time asking me if i want to show or hide the insecure items. how can i tell
IE never show me that message again and just show everything? it happens
every single time i go to some web pages, specifically my online email and a
friends web site.

I am using windows xp pro sp1 all updates.

Some of these dialogs have a check-box that allows you to say "never show
this dialog to me again".

However, you're probably getting the dialog that doesn't have the checkbox
(i.e. the one that tells you a page has both secure and unsecure content).
If this is the case, you can't really turn this off easily.

You can try going to internet options..advanced tab..scroll to the bottom
and uncheck warn if changing between secure and not secure mode.
