Printer

I have a problem with XP printer forms. I create a custom
form and make it default form for the printer on the
workstation (XP Pro). I have an application that prints to
the default windows printer. However when I print from the
application the default form changes to "Letter" and not
the custom one set under control panel. The software
company tells me they just use the existing windows
printer and their software does nothing to change default
forms.

Any ideas?
