Is there a way to create Internet Explorer profiles for multiple users
within the same Windows XP login?
For example; I only want to login to Windows XP once, but my daughter
and I both want to use IE. We will each have different home pages,
different email addresses, different Favorites, etc. Netscape makes
this real simple. TIA.

IE doesn't provide for profiles, but as a workaround,
you could each build your own favorites html file
with FavoritesHomePage, and use that as your
respective home pages, by creating shortcuts,
and linking directly to the newly created html files.
You just click on your respective shortcuts to start.
