Hello, just wanted to post a request if anyone can help.
I was on my computer and it froze so I unplugged my
computer and restarted it...but when I restarted it this
screen came on stating that windows could not be started
and umountable boot volume. it gave me options to use safe
mode, safe mode networking and start windows normally, but
it they all took me to a blue screen stating umnountable
boot volume.....CAN ANYONE HELP??

Hi Kim,
Boot the WinXP CD, load the Recovery Console. Run "chkdsk C: /r" from the
command prompt.
