Hi,
I found some books for troubleshooting hardware, but is
there any book for shooting the software? Can anyone
recommend me a good books for that. I am currently using
windowsXP. Thanks.

For troubleshooting software it really depends on the specific program. If
you mean Windows XP, check out books by Microsoft Press.
