For some time now I have been receiving a dialogue box
containing an error with the above subject title. In the
body of the dialogue box, the following message appears:

"The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory
at "0x00000000". The memory could not "read". Click on
OK to terminate the program.

This dialogue box seems to pop up mostly when I have just
connected to my isp.

Does anyone know the source of this error and how to get
rid of it?

This might be a bad installation of Groove - it uses a file called
rasautou.exe to update itself periodically.
