you can do it using fdisk from a win98 bootdisk, but that
means starting from scratch.
the other option is to get a program like partition magic.
i have 3 drives in my box, 1 for windows/programs (C:), 1
for page file (E:) and for for documents/backups (F:)

works fine for me
