Does OE have a hot key or combination to mark a thread as read and move to
the next unread thread? CTRL + T only marks a thread as read. That's kind of
useless by itself.

Thanks for listening.

Hi Mike,

I use crtl+t to mark the thread as read, then ctrl+j to move to the next =
unread.

Ctrl-j goes to the next newsgroup, not the next thread--at least
here.

Click tools options and set 'mark as read when displayed for x seconds'.
They will automatically be set to read. To remove read indication, click
edit mark as unread.

So I guess the conclusion is that there is no SINGLE hot key in
OE to mark as read and move to the next unread thread. I was
looking for something like the "[" key in XNews. Netscape
doesn't have it either. I guess it is just a matter of how an
individual uses the program.
