Add/Remove programs failing?!?

I needed to remove a program, and when I went into the
Control Panel to click on "Add/Remove Programs", I get a
message box titled "Parser Message" which says:

Value creation failed " at line 472.

Please help.

Wow - thanks for the help. The solution wasn't quite
what is listed at that link. I had to change the Theme
to "Windows XP", not the Desktop (which just changes the
wallpaper). I am using StyleXP - but I also have the SP1
update...
