starting over

if i want to delete all the programs that are not needed
to run important stuff how do i know what to delete . i
just need to delete the programs that dont suport things

Open your Control Panel and click on the "Add or Remove Programs"
icon. Except for the listed "Hotfixes", you can uninstall any program
you wish to remove.
