Script Error when printing on the web

I keep getting an error message while printing on some web sites (Lined 93, char: 1, Error: Access Denied, code:0)....the exact same error message solution doesn't work (it says to uninstall a program named Surfairy, which I don't have....any suggestions?

"The exact same error message solution" has TWO parts to it, one part is to
remove Surfairy (which you don't have). The OTHER part is to:

1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. On the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
3. Click the "Advanced" tab.
4. Click to clear the "Enable third-party browser extensions (requires
restart)" check box.
5. Click "Apply", and then click "OK".

Have you tried doing this?
