Boot Up

I am having difficulty booting my windows XP. It keeps
shutting down with the error message/code -1073741819.
Can anyone assist?

When you say "difficulty" do you mean you can't at all... or sometimes you
can't boot into Windows?

Is your computer up to date with the latest critical fixes from Windows
Update?
This is an error in the Local Security Authority Sub System... which is
related to a recent critical fix...
