Hi, I cannot retrieve my audio software, (must have
deleted or uninstalled it). I have tried restore, roll-
back, reinstalling it, searching for it, troubleshooting,
etc., and still cannot accomplish this feat. How do I
make a back-up cd-disk to save all files & software
before I attempt to use the Quick Restore? Thank you for
any help, 2 days trying is getting old.

You could use whatever backup program you have installed on your computer to
make a backup. How that works depends on the software you have. Or maybe you
don't have any backup software. Or you use whatever CD writing program you
have on your computer to pick and choose whatever files you want to save,
and burn them to a CD. How you do that, exactly, depends on what software
you have on your computer.

Thank you for

Could you please state the make and model of sound card.
