Using Windows xp on windows 98

Can I transfer windows xp to my other computer that is
using windows 98.


Also, when I turn on my computer using windows 98, it says
my "your service profile is damaged. Reinstall service
profile".

How do I reinstall the service profile?

try a Windows 98 group.
