I was able to acces the net before I upgraded from w2k to
XP. Last night I had to uninstall enternet 300 for the XP
installation to complete. This program was originaly
installed for my DSL connection to work. When I tried to
reinstall it using the ISP's installer disk it couldn't
configure the PPPoE for XP.

I called my ISPs tech support and the CSR couldn't figure
it out so he transfers me to "tier 2 support" the CSR
couldn't help me because she didn't know why I could not
select "connect useing a broadband connection that
requires a user name and password" so she tells me to
contact MS tech support. I know there is somthing simple
that was overlooked can anyone help me figure this out
please?
