OS is XP Home. Problem is User2 does not show up on Logon Screen nor in
"control userpasswords2" nor in Powertoys Logon. I can logon to User2
provided that no one else is logged on and I hit "ctrl, alt & del" twice
bringing up the Windows Logon NT style interface. I can not create a user
named "User2" in the Control Panel User.
Anyone know how I can repair the normal Windows Logon Screen so that User2
will show up?
