burning dvds

I downloaded dvd-clone software. It has no problem
reading dvds but when it goes to burn, I get error
message " DC MFC application has encountered a problem
and needs to close" What's happening?

Doesn't matter what you have as long as you have a DVD Burner.

I use Nero Burning Rom.....have never burned a coaster with
it...(knock on wood)...
