delete stored pages in browser or OS

Hi,

One of the web site I currently visit has recently
updated its content. I can see the updates from an
internet cafe all right, but not from home/office. I have
already emptied the cookies, cache, and temporary folders
but to no avail. I have also just upgraded to IE6 but the
problem still persist. Perhaps the files to be deleted
(so that I can see these updates) are hidden somewhere in
the OS (I am running on XP). Please advise.

Try again. If the website still shows the old content, hit CTRL+F5
while using IE.
