Exactly what is Clipboard called in XP Pro?
I know its name is now abbreviated.
And where exactly is it?
I want to be able to create a shortcut to it on my desktop,
so that I can click on its icon on the desktop to open it.
Furthermore, the method I used in all previous versions of
Windows to drag and drop the Icon onto the Desktop to
create the shortcut to open the program no longer seems
to work. Therefore, where exactly can I find the icon that
I can drag and drop (?) to the desktop to create the
shortcut there.
In fact I haven't been able to create any shortcuts on my
my Desktop to any Win XP item; however, I was able to
create a shortcut to Nortons with its icon on my Desktop.
TIA,
Nev.

Perform the following:
1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: CLIPBRD.EXE , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: ClipBook Viewer , and click "Finish"
4. A ClipBook Viewer shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.
