RUNDLL Error

I am getting an error that states "RUNDLL - Error loading
C:/progra~1/COMMON~2/ADDRES~1/cnbabe.dll - the specific
module could not be found."

I belive it has to do with a spyware program I deleted.
How can I get this error to quit popping up?

Download Ad-Aware (www.lavasoft.de) and update it, and run a scan on your
machine. Let it go ahead and remove whatever it found.
