WinXP RUNDLL ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWS\IMAGE.NEW at startup...???

When I start my computer I get the following error
message:

RUNDLL
Error loading c:\windows\image.new


Anyone have any idea what this is, or how i would go
about fixing it.
