Unable to Connect to .NET Messenger Service

Every time I try to connect to my MSN Messenger I get a
message saying that I am Unable to connect to my .NET
Messenger Service, possibly because of a problem with the
server, or my internet connection. My internet
connection is fine. I have tried several things, all the
way down to restoring my whole computer. I really need
help. Thanks

If this just started today, just try again later, the service has had a number of problems
today.
