Explorer

I guess this is the place for newbies with odd questions!
Whenever I open Windows Explorer it opens in My Documents, expanded to show
all its folders, whereas what I really want is to explore the C: drive.
Where can I change this preference?

Right click on the shortcut, select properties and insert this into "Target"
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,c:

that should do it..

OK - tried that - got an error message:

" %SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,c: specified in the target box is not valid.
Make sure the path and filename are correct."
