privacy report

Hello
Could you please explain to me what a privacy report is
as i get a no entry sign and an eye just above the
taskbar when i am on the internet. It says its just a
privacy report because of my privacy settings and nothing
to worry about. But i just like to make sure as im
thinking it could be some kind of spyware.
Please advise.

Click on help whilst in IE and type privacy reports and take it from there
