Have you tried going into "Start", "Run", and
typing "MSconfig".
Then select the "startup" tab.
Then find "msmsgs" and uncheck the box.
Then click "OK".
Then click "Restart Later" or somthing like that.
When you do restart, a message will come up.
Check the little box then click "OK".
