I have not had this computer for long but I have
downloaded some music and now I have no idea how to burn
a CD and I need someone smarter than me to walk me thru
it step by step

Do you have a CDRW installed and what CD burning software do you have?
and I presume you have d/l mp3`s and intend to convert them to standard
audio cds?
