I have a KTX Scanner (old I know) that I have installed on Windows XP but
every time I try to use it it comes up with the following message: "Fail to
adjust to an adequate colour balance hue".
As the company has gone I am at a loss what to do and any help would be
greatly appreciated.

If this device does not have XP compatible drivers, you may be stuck with
new doorstop. Search for the scanner name on the Microsoft Public Google
Groups to see if anyone else has solved the problem.
