Magnifier Option (impaired vision)

I start using my PC in the above mentiomed option. Now I want to go back to normal vision. Dont Know how.Please help

Press Windows key + U to bring up the Accessibilities Utility Manager.
Select Magnifier from the list. Uncheck the boxes in the lower section of
the screen to discontinue the use of Magnifier. Click OK to apply the
changes and to exit the screen.
