I have a pirated versions and have just purchased my own
version, do I need to delete all the old version before
starting to download the new version, thanks.

Greetings --
You need to use your _legitimate_ full retail copy of WinXP Pro to
perform a repair (a.k.a. in-place upgrade) installation, using the new
CD and Product Key.
