View Full Version : printer will not print documents from computer

My daughter is in college and she has no time to look into
her computer problems. She says that on starting up it
takes several minutes to load and says there is scanning
network problem message. She also says that sometimes her
desktop does not pop up on start up and she has to shut
down and start up again. She also said her printer will
not print any document from the computer, yet it will scan
and print things on it. It is a combination printer,
scanner and fax machine. What can I do to help her get
through this semester and be able to be more productive on
her computer. She would also like to print papers, etc.
without having to go to another computer.

Telling actual make and model of all in one printer would be a start......

But a good beginning would be for her to COMPLETELY uninstall and then
reinstall it.
